Process

Sydneyside Tree Services offers a streamlined and efficient Process designed to deliver exceptional tree care services to our clients. Our structured approach ensures that you receive prompt and high-quality service, minimising any wait times. Follow our straightforward process to access top-notch tree removal and maintenance solutions quickly and efficiently.

  • Request a Free Quote: Complete our online form to receive a complimentary price estimate. Within 2-3 business days, one of our representatives will inspect the tree and provide a competitive quote based on the services you require.
  • Proposal Acceptance: Once you accept our proposal, please sign and return it to confirm the details, including the agreed-upon time and date for the work.
  • Site Inspection: A team of five arborists will visit the site to assess safety measures and ensure proper precautions are in place, regardless of whether you are present on the scheduled day.
  • Availability: If you prefer to be on-site during the work, indicate your available time slots. Additionally, please inform us about any nearby fences or barriers around the tree.
  • Tree Removal: On the designated day, our team, equipped with a safety truck, will arrive at your location. The tree will be removed efficiently within approximately 30 minutes, with limbs carefully squeezed to prevent debris from spreading.
  • Debris Collection: After the tree is cut down, another team will manage the large logs and debris, loading them into the truck for disposal in accordance with agricultural regulations.
  • Stump Grinding: Please note that tree removal services do not include stump grinding. If stump removal is required, an additional fee will apply. A separate team will use grinding machines to remove the stump and level the ground.
  • Project Completion: Once the work is completed to your satisfaction, the project will be officially marked as “finished”. You will receive the invoice via email or post, with various payment options available for your convenience.
